Our objectives are to keep the library open, to provide a service which reflects what the

local Community wants, to promote literacy generally and to be a welcoming place in

the Community.

We offer all the facilities of a council run library and are linked to

Leicestershire Libraries Computer System.

Stoney Stanton Community Library is a charity, staffed entirely by

unpaid volunteers, and is reliant on finding additional funding,

through grants, donations and fundraising, in order to keep

the library open.

If you would like to donate to the Library, ways of giving include:

Donating cash (to the donations box) on the library issue desk.

Donating books/DVDs (in good condition for resale)

Donating time by becoming a volunteer/friend.

(see support page for information)

Love Blaby Lottery is a weekly online lottery created to support local causes in Blaby District.

Tickets are only £1 per week! With 60% going to local good causes and prizes up to £25,000!

Our dedicated page means when you buy a ticket, the donation comes to your library
